Can you take on code you did not write?

Usually, after a technical review. We look for urgent risks and documentation gaps, agree a safe first stage, and only then take on ongoing responsibility. We would rather say no than pretend.

Is support sold as a block of hours?

It depends what you need. Routine care works well as a defined monthly service. Active product work is better as a prioritised delivery retainer, because hours encourage the wrong behaviour on both sides.

Can you work alongside our other suppliers?

Yes. We agree responsibilities, access and who decides what at the start, so nothing falls into the gap between two teams.
