Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

No long-term lock-in and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time, with the managed website, hosting and support continuing until the end of the current paid month. Your domain and content can move with you; bespoke source files or software are only included where agreed in writing.

Can you improve my existing website?

Yes. The package works for both first websites and replacements. We can keep your existing domain and discuss which content is worth carrying across.

Do I have to write all the content?

No polished copy is required before you contact us. Send notes, existing leaflets, photos or links and we will help turn them into a clear structure. We agree any larger copywriting requirement before work starts.
